Malaysia did not do this researching more comprehensive, and probably maybe there were exist somewhere in Pahang, Terengganu or Kelantan, Currently now Professor team don't have much fund to do this kind of research. But if its found, Malaysia will get huge amount of visitor that will make money also to us as a Malaysian.
We need the aggressive action by Malaysia government on this matters, at least Proffesor team will get started to run this research program, Just take look in Australia, they found the fossil while doing sand dig and accidentally found the fossil.
Yup, Its true mostly fossil found accidentally. But when we take aggresive opportunity it is good for our country also, plus this is good for our ppl knowledge too!!
